Quota before spend. Every producer checks the workspace plan before AI work begins. Exceeded limits return plan_limit, never a silent failure.
Validation before publish. Generated work passes structural, metadata, and duplicate-content checks before it is filed or published.
No blind retries. Publish failures are persisted and surfaced in a dead-letter queue instead of risking duplicate posts.
Workspace isolation. Records are partitioned by workspace; administrative capabilities remain allow-listed.
