Autopilot (origination)

• A per-workspace cadence worker turns your topics and brand memory into one draft per day.
• Drafts are trust-gated: only drafts that pass the workspace's quality gates are eligible for automatic scheduling; the rest wait in the review queue.
• Eligible drafts are auto-scheduled to the next free peak slot.

Scheduling

• The scheduler ticks every 30 seconds and publishes posts as they come due.
• Peak engagement windows are defined in U.S. Eastern time and are DST-correct year-round.
• Slot selection is collision-aware: two posts are never placed into the same window.
• One calendar governs every destination — LinkedIn and Meta targets share it.

Publishing

• Publishes via LinkedIn's official versioned Posts API, pinned to a current revision and kept inside LinkedIn's 12-month support window.
• Posts as your member profile or any connected company page.
• Formatting fidelity: intentional blank lines survive LinkedIn's whitespace trimming.

Engagement (automatic replies)

• For workspaces with auto-reply enabled, the platform checks your newest posts (up to 30 days old) across your profile and connected pages on an adaptive cadence: every 15 minutes where LinkedIn allows batched engagement reads, and every few hours where the app's LinkedIn access tier limits reads to one post per call. The cadence currently in effect is shown in the Engagement panel.
• Quota-aware by design: engagement is summarised first and a post's comments are only read when its comment count has risen. LinkedIn grants a limited number of engagement reads per day; if it is used up, checks pause until the 00:00 UTC reset, the pause is shown in the product, and nothing is missed — comments are picked up on the next pass. Each throttled day slows the cadence; each clean day speeds it back up.
• Each comment is handled exactly once — deduplicated by comment identity, durable across restarts and re-scans.
• Your own comments and already-answered threads are skipped.
